Could a simple shot replace IV drips for advanced cancer patients?

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new injection form of the drug rilvegostomig in about 40 adults with advanced solid tumors who have already tried standard treatments. The goal is to find a dose that works as well as the IV version and to check for side effects. Participants will receive the drug as a shot under the skin and be closely monitored.
