This study tests a drug called riliprubart in 140 adults with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) that hasn't improved with standard care. Participants receive either riliprubart or a placebo for up to 111 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces disability scores at 24 and 48 weeks.
