Summary

This study tests whether a drug called Clazakizumab can improve walking speed and reduce disability in older adults with chronic inflammation. About 29 people aged 70 and older will receive either the drug or a placebo every 4 weeks for 24 weeks. Researchers will measure walking speed, blood markers, and physical and mental function to see if the treatment helps.
