Summary

This study observes 100 critically ill adults receiving fluids for shock to see how it affects the right side of the heart. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure heart function before and after fluid administration. The goal is to understand why some patients develop fluid buildup (congestion) and how to personalize treatment to avoid harm.
