Summary

This study is observing 1,000 people who have surgery for right-sided colon cancer. Doctors want to see if removing more lymph nodes (extended lymphadenectomy) using minimally invasive methods like laparoscopy or robotic surgery leads to fewer complications and better recovery compared to standard open surgery. The goal is to find the best surgical approach to improve cancer outcomes and quality of life.
