Summary
This study is testing if a special rideshare service can help older adults and people with memory problems get to their doctor's appointments. It compares a full-service ride where a trained driver helps from door-to-door against a standard curb-to-curb ride. The main goal is to see if the extra help leads to fewer missed appointments and improves quality of life.
