Summary

This study tests whether adding ribociclib to standard hormone therapy can help prevent breast cancer from returning in people with a specific type of early breast cancer (HR+/HER2-) who still have cancer cells after initial chemotherapy. About 446 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combo or hormone therapy alone. The main goal is to see if the combo improves survival without the cancer coming back.
