NCT ID NCT07400523

First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding ribociclib to standard hormone therapy can help prevent breast cancer from returning in people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer who still have cancer after initial chemotherapy. About 446 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combo or hormone therapy alone. The main goal is to see if the combo improves how long people live without their cancer coming back.
