New combo therapy shows promise for tough breast cancer

This study tests a combination of two drugs, ribociclib and anastrozole, in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has spread or come back. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and how safe it is. About 86 adults in Japan will take part, starting with a small safety phase and then a larger phase to measure response.
