First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, ribociclib and anastrozole, in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative) that has spread or come back. The goal is to see if the combination works better and is safe. About 86 adults in Japan will take part. The study has two phases: first to find the right dose, then to measure how well the drugs shrink tumors.
