Summary

This phase III trial tests whether adding ribociclib to standard hormone therapy (aromatase inhibitor) can prevent breast cancer from coming back in women with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer who still have cancer after initial chemotherapy. About 446 women will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or hormone therapy alone.
