Summary

This study looks at whether a doctor's tool called MedSafer and patient brochures can help reduce the use of potentially unsafe medications in adults aged 60 and older with rheumatic diseases who take 5 or more regular drugs. Researchers will follow 100 participants for 18-20 months to see if these tools lead to safer medication use without harming quality of life. The goal is to improve medication safety in routine care.
