Scientists hunt for hidden triggers of crippling arthritis

NCT ID NCT06876064

Summary

This study aims to understand why some people at high risk for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) develop the full disease while others do not. Researchers will follow 150 adults, including those with early signs and family members, for two years. They will track many factors like diet, stress, smoking, and pollution to see which ones are linked to the start of joint swelling and pain.
