Double-Duty attack on arthritis: can two drugs beat one?
NCT ID NCT04870203
Summary
This study is for people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who haven't gotten enough relief from their current biologic or targeted drugs. It's testing if taking two powerful medications together—baricitinib and an anti-TNF drug—works better to control the disease than taking just baricitinib alone. About 160 participants will be randomly assigned to one of these two treatment groups to compare their effectiveness and safety.
