Summary
This study tests whether adding liposomal irinotecan to standard chemotherapy can help children with intermediate- or high-risk rhabdomyosarcoma live longer without their cancer returning. Participants receive different drug combinations based on their risk level, along with radiation therapy if needed. The goal is to find safer, more effective treatments for this rare childhood cancer.
