Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called rezpegaldesleukin in people diagnosed with type 1 diabetes within the past 100 days. The goal is to see if the drug can help the body keep making its own insulin, reducing the need for injected insulin. About 66 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo every two weeks for 26 weeks, and their insulin production will be measured after one year.
