Summary
This study compares a new, simpler nerve block method to the traditional one for people having lung surgery with a camera (VATS). The goal is to see if the new method works just as well for pain control and helps patients recover faster. About 200 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new or the traditional nerve block before surgery.
