Summary

This study tests a new type of nerve block (called r-PVB) to see if it can reduce pain and help people recover faster after stoma closure surgery. About 250 adults having this surgery will either get the new block or standard care. The goal is to lower pain scores and improve overall recovery quality in the first two days after the operation.
