Summary
This study tests different chemotherapy and radiation treatments for children with advanced retinoblastoma (eye cancer) who have had an eye surgically removed. Doctors tailor treatment based on how far the cancer had spread in the removed eye, aiming to prevent the cancer from returning or spreading elsewhere in the body. The research also examines treatment side effects and looks for genetic clues in the tumor to better understand the disease.
