NCT ID NCT07510165

First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested whether a cream containing retinaldehyde (a form of vitamin A) can improve signs of aging skin in women aged 30 to 60. Fifty-six women applied a stronger cream (0.1%) to one side of their face and a weaker cream (0.05%) to the other side every evening for 24 weeks. Researchers measured skin hydration, oiliness, firmness, wrinkles, and color at the start, at 12 weeks, and at 24 weeks. The goal was to see if the cream improves skin appearance and if the stronger version works better.
