Summary
This study follows 250 people who have had a donor stem cell transplant to see if respiratory viruses lead to a lung condition called bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS). Participants use a simple home device to check their lung function regularly. The goal is to catch lung problems earlier and understand how viruses affect transplant survivors.
