NCT ID NCT07447440

First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether certain fats made from dietary fatty acids are linked to breast cancer and body weight in postmenopausal women. Researchers will compare four groups of women (healthy or with breast cancer, and with normal weight or overweight/obesity) to measure these fats and other health factors. The goal is to better understand the connection between diet, body fat, and breast cancer, not to test a new treatment.
