Summary

This study tests whether a dietary supplement called resistant starch can improve heart health and gut bacteria in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). About 100 women will take either resistant starch or a placebo for 12 weeks, alongside standard birth control pills. The goal is to see if this simple addition can lower cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure.
