Summary

This study looked at whether a type of strength training called compound resistance training helps adults aged 65 and older do everyday activities more easily and feel more satisfied with their lives. Six older adults living independently took part in the program. Researchers measured changes in daily task performance, satisfaction, and mental health using questionnaires.
