Summary
This study looks at whether a special resistance training program (called RESID) can help adults with Down syndrome age better. 36 adults aged 20-45 with mild to moderate intellectual disability will take part. Researchers will measure memory, strength, mobility, and well-being to see if the program is enjoyable and effective.
