Summary

This study tests a program called Resilient Student Training (ReST) designed to help university students who have had at least one difficult childhood experience and currently feel low resilience, depression, anxiety, or stress. About 100 students from Hong Kong Polytechnic University will either take part in the program or be placed on a waiting list. The main goal is to see if the program is feasible, safe, and acceptable, and to gather information for a larger future study.
