Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week exercise program at work could help acute care nurses feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually. Twenty-one nurses took part, with some starting the program right away and others waiting. The goal was to see if exercise could boost their overall well-being and help them cope with stress.
