First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called CABA-201 for people with multiple sclerosis (MS). It uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and destroy certain immune cells that may be attacking the nervous system. The study aims to check if this approach is safe and can help control the disease. About 12 adults with relapsing or progressive forms of MS will take part.
