First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether managing blood pressure based on the brain's collateral circulation (backup blood flow) after stroke treatment leads to better recovery. About 544 adults who had a stroke due to a large artery blockage and received endovascular therapy will be enrolled. Participants will be randomly assigned to either personalized blood pressure management or standard care, and their functional outcomes will be measured at 90 days.
