Summary

This study tests whether a new step-by-step guide (called a linear cognitive aid) helps emergency medical teams treat children in life-threatening situations. About 80 EMS providers will take part in realistic practice scenarios, using either their current methods or the new guide. The goal is to see if the guide is easy to use and improves teamwork and speed of care.
