Summary

This study is testing a drug called repotrectinib for people with a specific type of lung cancer (ROS1-positive NSCLC) that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control the brain tumors. It will enroll about 20 participants who will take the drug daily until their cancer progresses or they experience side effects.
