First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This completed Phase 1 study looked at how the cancer drug repotrectinib changes the levels of other medications in the body. Thirty healthy adults took repotrectinib along with several common drugs (metformin, digoxin, rosuvastatin, bupropion, flurbiprofen, and omeprazole). The goal was to see if repotrectinib affects how these drugs are processed, which helps doctors prescribe them safely together.
