Summary
This study tests a drug called repotrectinib in 20 people with a specific type of lung cancer (ROS1-positive) that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control brain tumors. Participants take the drug by mouth, and doctors monitor safety and how well it works.
