Summary
This study looked at how repetitive negative thinking, known as rumination, affects the emotional and mental health of people with fibromyalgia. Researchers asked 107 adults with fibromyalgia to fill out questionnaires about their thoughts, depression, and anxiety. The goal was to better understand the link between rumination and the emotional challenges of fibromyalgia, without testing any new treatment.
