First seen Dec 23, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how often people with Wilson's disease have kidney problems. Wilson's disease causes copper buildup in the body, which can harm the kidneys directly or through complications. The study will check 150 patients aged 7 and older for signs of kidney damage, including chronic kidney disease and other markers. The goal is to better understand these issues so doctors can monitor and treat them earlier.
