Summary
This study looks at how the drug opemalirsen is processed in people with kidney problems compared to those with healthy kidneys. About 50 adults aged 18 to 80 will receive a single dose, and researchers will measure drug levels and safety. The goal is to understand if kidney impairment changes how the drug works.
