NCT ID NCT05834803
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether opening narrowed kidney arteries with a small mesh tube (stent) helps high-risk patients with resistant high blood pressure, worsening kidney function, or heart failure. About 80 participants will either get the stent procedure or a sham procedure, while both groups continue standard medications. The main goal is to see if stenting improves blood pressure and kidney function over 6 months.
