Remote brain injury sleep study offers hope from home

Summary

This study is testing if a guided online sleep therapy program can help people with moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries who have insomnia. Researchers will compare the computer program against standard care in 80 participants across Colorado. All study activities, including the therapy, are done remotely to make it easier for people to join, especially those in rural areas.
