Summary
This study is testing a home-based recovery program for people with lymphoma or myeloma who are undergoing CAR-T cell therapy. The program uses a tablet or smartphone to guide patients through personalized exercise, nutrition, and counseling plans from home. The main goal is to see if this remote support is practical and helpful for improving patients' strength, daily function, and quality of life during and after their intensive cancer treatment.
