Phone games & coaches tested to keep knee pain away after therapy

Summary
This study is testing if a remote support program can help people stick with their knee exercises after finishing physical therapy for osteoarthritis. The program uses game-like challenges, social support, and optional health coaching delivered through a smartphone app. Researchers want to see if this helps maintain improvements in pain and function over two years for 254 Veterans.
