Summary
This study tested a program that gave people with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes a continuous glucose monitor and monthly video visits with a pharmacist. The goal was to see if this approach could help lower blood sugar levels in patients who have limited access to healthcare. 46 adults from a community health center took part, and researchers tracked their blood sugar and diabetes-related stress over 6 months.
