Summary
This study is testing whether using a remote monitoring platform at home for 30 days after colorectal surgery helps patients recover better and avoid being readmitted to the hospital. It will compare this approach to the usual discharge process. The goal is to see if the remote monitoring leads to fewer days in the hospital, fewer unplanned readmissions, and better quality of life in the 90 days after surgery.
