Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app that automatically tracks health data can help people with active Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. It aims to see if this remote monitoring helps patients stay in remission longer and reduces hospital visits compared to standard care. The trial will enroll 290 adults who are starting or changing their IBD medication.
