Can a home workout plan tame early arthritis?
NCT ID NCT06841562
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a guided, at-home exercise program is practical and safe for people recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to see if patients can stick to the workout plan and if it's well-received, to help design a larger future study. It's not testing if exercise improves arthritis symptoms, but rather if this type of remote program is a feasible approach to study.
