First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether two home-based exercise programs—using a stationary bike or walking—can help men with metastatic prostate cancer who are starting hormone therapy. Twenty-four participants will exercise at home for 12 weeks and complete fitness tests and questionnaires. The goal is to see if these programs improve cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, and fatigue.
