Summary

This study tests whether a remote exercise program can improve exercise capacity and muscle health in 120 adults with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) or those at risk. Participants will follow one of four lifestyle interventions from home. The goal is to help people breathe easier, feel less tired, and improve daily function without needing to travel to a clinic.
