First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 41 times
Summary
This study tests whether a remote exercise training program can improve exercise capacity and quality of life in 120 adults with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) or those at risk for it. Participants will follow a tailored exercise plan from home using a mobile app. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce fatigue and breathlessness, which are common symptoms of HFpEF.
