Summary

This study tests whether a home-based exercise program can improve exercise capacity and quality of life in 120 adults with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) or those at risk. Participants will follow a remote exercise plan and be compared across four lifestyle interventions. The goal is to find a practical way to help people with HFpEF feel less tired and breathe easier.
