First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a remote exercise program can improve exercise ability and muscle health in adults with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) or those at risk. About 120 participants will be assigned to one of four lifestyle interventions. The goal is to find practical ways to help people with HFpEF feel better and be more active without needing to go to a clinic.
