Can video workouts at home help a failing heart?
NCT ID NCT07223242
Summary
This study is testing if a home-based exercise program, delivered through videos and virtual coaching, can help adults with a common type of heart failure (HFpEF) or those at risk for it. The goal is to see if this convenient, remote approach can improve exercise capacity, physical function, and quality of life. Researchers will compare four different lifestyle strategies combining exercise and weight loss over several months.
