Spit test for pot: can saliva replace urine tests in remote studies?
NCT ID NCT06891235
Summary
This study aims to see if at-home saliva tests can reliably measure cannabis use in remote clinical trials. Researchers will recruit 200 young adults who use cannabis weekly to compare saliva test results with urine tests and self-reported use. The goal is to find easier, remote-friendly ways to monitor substance use in research.
