NCT ID NCT06732141

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether weekly phone calls with education, relaxation techniques, and motivational interviewing can help adults with asthma who are anxious about using their inhalers. 216 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the extra phone support, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if the calls improve inhaler use, reduce anxiety, and lead to better asthma control.
